Accompanied by Fr Fayez Nassour, His Eminence paid a visit to the Mr. Frank Otfried July, the bishop of the Evangelical Protestants of Württemberg and Mr. Wolfgang Weber, the parliamentary delegate of Baden, Württemberg. The conversation was on the relationship between the two churches, and a special emphasis was paid to theological dialogues and spiritual exchange, especially since the signing of a common agreement on baptism by the Protestants, Catholics, and Orthodox in Germany.
His Eminence also visited the first secretary (the minister of religions) in Baden, Württemberg, and they talked about the situation Christians in the Middle East face, and on ways Germany can assist them.
